Return Conditions:
You have 7 days to decide whether these items are needed, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days after you received the parcel.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, underwear.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original Tags.
We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: if such items are not reported in time, we will not issue store credit.) Please contact our customer service.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.The return cost must be borne by yourself
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return if it is lost in transit.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at carobeauties@gmail.com and send your item to: Po Box 301041, Chicago Illinois 60630, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned his or her gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $150, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
